With this in mind\, the SMA is bringing in Detective Chris Marciano from Prepare to Act to give an indepth presentation on Situational Awareness and De-Escalation & Verbal Conflict Resolution. \n\n\nThe meeting will cover how to handle difficult people in the workplace\, emergency intervention/response time and active shooter situations. This will be an intense but necessary training seminar that should not be missed.\n\n\nSMA Supported schools: Kaynor and Wilcox Techincal High School will be honoring Students of the Month from their Precision Manufacturing Program.
