Evening of Education at MASC

Join the SMA and CONNSTEP for an Evening of Education at MASC!  We will be showcasing the following educational opportunities and initiatives:

• CONNSTEP’s Supervisor Bootcamp: a workshop series designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become an effective and successful supervisor. Supervisors play a critical role in the success of your team and your organization. The workshops explore various aspects of supervision, from leadership and communication to delegation and conflict resolution.

• MASC Summer and After School Programs: MASC offers a variety of programs aimed at preparing you for a career in the construction and manufacturing trades.  Students gain employer-based work experience through these programs and can work with state-of-the-art equipment in small, focused groups.

• METAL Program: the groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing specialized training in the metal finishing industry. This first-of-its-kind program in the state, supported by key funding and local industry leaders, which will equip participants with the skills needed for successful careers in this vital sector.
