Join us for the SMArt Wellness Convention on June 10 from 5:30–8 PM at 409 Canal Street for

Explore interactive wellness experiences including yoga and meditation instruction by Network Yoga, chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy from The Wellness Collective and Lasting Touch Massage, nutritional guidance and products, and gym workout instruction by LIFT Performance.

You’ll also have the chance to meet adorable kittens from the Meriden Humane Society, connect with local wellness professionals, and enjoy swag bags and raffles throughout the evening.
