There comes a time when a company has to make informed decisions on how to handle hostile situations within the workplace. With this in mind, the SMA is bringing in Detective Chris Marciano from Prepare to Act to give an indepth presentation on Situational Awareness and De-Escalation & Verbal Conflict Resolution.

With this in mind, the SMA is bringing in Detective Chris Marciano from Prepare to Act to give an indepth presentation on Situational Awareness and De-Escalation & Verbal Conflict Resolution.
The meeting will cover how to handle difficult people in the workplace, emergency intervention/response time and active shooter situations. This will be an intense but necessary training seminar that should not be missed.
SMA Supported schools: Kaynor and Wilcox Techincal High School will be honoring Students of the Month from their Precision Manufacturing Program.
